She began her Executive Research career in the financial services sector with Armstrong Craven before working for a specialist financial services boutique search firm. In 2011, Elphick Tomas Limited was established to provide Corporates and Executive Search firms’ professional, detailed and accurate research. Elizabeth is a Masters of Engineering graduate from The University of Birmingham.
